We found the existing slating had been installed incorrectly. The under felt had perished and the timber frame on this unusual pitched roof had rotted.
Our professional team of skilled slaters stripped the the roof down to its main wooden structure and renewed several timber rafters. A new breathable roofing membrane was installed, followed by Eternit synthetic slates - which we could guarantee at a relatively shallow roof pitch/angle.
